I cannot log in. It won't let me log in. What do I do?

The first thing to do is to make sure that you're entering the correct information:

  • Email - you need to enter the email address that you used when you first registered your account.

  • Password - the password is case-senstive, so you need to enter it exactly as you did when you registered.

Tip: you can click the "Forgot password?" link in the Login and enter an email, and our system will send you an email to reset your password. If you don't receive that email, then chances are that's not the email address that you used to register. And you can then try a different email.
