The CRM Explained
To access your CRM, click your photo to the right of the "CREATE A LISTING" button in the navigation bar. Then click "DASHBOARD".
Note: If you haven't uploaded your profile photo, it will show a grey box instead.
The first time you access the CRM Dashboard, there won't be any data.
In the left sidebar, under "Dashboard", you'll see that there are four (4) sections to the CRM: Activities, Deals, Leads and Inquiries.
ACTIVITIES - stay updated about all the important activites on your properties. Communication with clients, lead acquisition, new favorites are some of the things you can see.
DEALS - keep organized with your Leads. Track all related activities to close a deal. Keeping track of all the ongoing deals helps you stay on top of your game. Know the exact status of all your current transactions and follow up if necessary.
LEADS - easily manage your leads generated on the website. View a Lead's source, contact info and other important data to help you turn them into sales.
INQUIRIES - manage inquiries and stay in touch with your customers. Answering inquiries of any potential lead in a timely manner is key to making sales. Never miss a question with our easy-to-use Inquiries section.
